Welcome to our recently built dance studio in Cottage Grove!

Our new facility was designed and created by our owner and built in 2024.

Foundations Dance is proud to feature Harlequin Ballet Barres and Flooring. This flooring is the same flooring recommended and used by ABT, Julliard and The Joffrey Ballet. The floors were installed by Harlequin to create a safe and solid surface over concrete, you need to install a sprung dance sub floor. Learn about the advantages to dancing on this type of floor below.

Sprung floors offer better protection for dancers and provide reduced risk of injury through impact, slipping or falling. A sprung floor is a floor that absorbs shocks, giving it a softer feel. This type of flooring is considered best in class for dance and indoor sports.
